8 oz. Angus Filet Mignon

Each bite of the filet mignon was consistent in texture and flavor – not a single broken vein or gristle or unneccessary fat content.  Delicious.

6 oz. Bahamian Lobster Tail

The lobster tail was meaty, not chewy or rubbery at all, and literally one of the best lobster tails I have ever eaten (and I cooked it!).

9 oz. Chilean Sea Bass

The Chilean sea bass had a moist, milky texture and flavor.  No ‘fishy’ taste or smell – simply delightful.
