In the next week or so, I’ll be releasing my newest song, and I am literally jumping up and down and figuratively shitting rainbows of excitement.

The song is called, Up & Down (Don’t Fall In Love With Me) – I know, long title, but I didn’t come up with it. My latest brainchild is in homage to the late and forever great, Billy More, who not only climbed the Italian charts in the mid-nineties, but who also shaped and revolutionized the discoteca dance movement back on the boot.

I have always wanted to do my own version of this song since I first heard it, back, way back in the 90’s, as a teenager thirsty for the pulsating, intoxicating Italian club scene. My first experiences to the Italian dance clubs were with my cousins, who are a bit older than me.  This song would play, and I absolutely loved it.  Over the years, as I would continue to go clubbing with my cousins’ children, this song would still pop up in the mix.  I can’t count the number of times I’ve listened to it.  It’s grown with me, changed  with me, and that’s what my version is…reborn and evolved, just like me.

  1. Congratulations Carlo, on so many wonderful successes. We can’t wait to hear your new recording!God Bless. Marlene & Frank DiCerbo

    1. Thank you so much, Marlene. Hope you like Up & Down – it’s a remix from the 90’s Italian discoteca era. Find it on iTunes under Carlo Fuda. Give my best to all!
